On July 17th, 2008 a spammer/recruiter named Pradipta/Max Archie accidentally sent an email to 416 developers titled "Ruby on Rails position...". Unfortunately he forgot to use the BCC feature and a conversation ensued that will go down in internet history. Geoff Lane, myShoggoth, and tail -f recount the events in detail.
